If you can't find this email check spam filters (on PC and also your internet service provider) before you contact us for help. To contact us for access/password problems use the <contact us> form in the navigation menu.

Tip: Once you log-in successfully - you can change your username and password to something you are familiar with and will remember. Print this and keep handy in case you need help while getting started.

Please note that any changes you make to your profile via the website (specifically email address, phone#) does not automatically update your permanent Troop records in Troopmaster - you must submit a personal record information change form - look under Menu/section "[Files] Then [Parents/Scouts}"
